HOW are our products different?
Interest in hemp based products has exploded. Eight years ago we introduced a hemp based rejuvenator oil for brow and lash health. Many of our wholesale customers have seen dynamic sales growth year after year with it. This inspired us to look for other cannabis based applications for hair health. Our team of experts has spent two years developing this hemp seed oil shampoo. Sulfate and paraben free, it also has both rich lather and a beautiful scent. Cannabis seed oil has tremendous application for personal use, much of which has been understood only recently. Its chemical profile is remarkably similar to that of human oil. Full of Vitamin E it is a dynamite conditioning agent. This helps keratin formation during the initial growth cycle of the strand. Hair grows healthier and more vibrant.
What should i charge for your products?
Typical markup for salon products are 2-3x the cost. You won’t have any competitors, so feel free to price it as you wish.
Do you have MSDS sheets?
Yes, we are able to provide MSDS sheets upon request.
What are the pH levels of your products?
The pH of our shampoo is 6.0
The pH of our conditioner is 5.5
How much is shipping ?
We offer $5 flat rate ground shipping for most orders.
Are your products cruelty free?
Yes! We don’t believe in animal testing and we don’t use animal or animal by-products, right down to the ingredient level.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Typically, products take from 3-5 business days to arrive once they are shipped.
Can I sample products before I buy them?
Absolutely! We encourage sampling for you and your team to ensure you are confident about selecting our products. Sample sizes (2 oz) are available for $2.50/pc and can also be private labeled.
Does this product expire?
Our products have an average shelf-life of 3 years.

Are your products paraben and sulphate free?
Yes! We want your clients to have the best, and are pleased to provide you with a paraben and sulphate free formula.
What payment options do you provide?
We accept all major forms of credit card and accept PayPal.
What is the minimum order I can purchase?
We require a minimum order size of 10pcs.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
Yes, our packaging is made of 100% recycled PET plastic. It is recyclable.
Is there an art fee?
There is no design fee. Proofs are complimentary and we will work with you to ensure it is just right.
How much is an opening order?
An opening order is approx. $75, including shipping and handling.
Do you offer product education tools?
Yes! We offer info sheets to educate clients and staff.
How long does the design process take?
The design process typically takes 1-2 business days. You are free to choose one of our stock designs, or completely design your own.
How long does it take from the time I design my label to the time I receive my product?
Once you have approved your proofs, we will ship your products within 1-2 business days.
Can I change the product name?
Yes, you are free to modify any part of the bottle (with the exception of the ingredients).
How do I acquire a barcode?
We are able to provide barcodes upon request.
How should I sample the products in my salon with my stylist?
We recommend that you provide stylists with a 2oz bottle to test for themselves. We also have marketing literature available that will assist with product education.
