Your initial set up cost is free! Send in your logo and select from our pre-designed labels or send in your own label.
Design customization and subsequent art changes are subject to a $20 design fee.
Orders take 2-3 days to be printed and shipped from when they are submitted. Before your order ships you will be provided with your customer’s tracking number.
Shipping in the US is $10 flat rate and is free for orders over $50. All orders ship priority mail through the USPS.
International orders can be shipped but will be subject to an additional shipping charge.
If a customer returns the product we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. As we are customizing the products to your band we cannot restock and resell them. We will notify you of any products that get returned.
Use your stores ‘export’ feature to export orders and send over to us. We will begin fulfilling your orders once we receive your export. We will provide you a list of SKUs to ensure that we are fulfilling the appropriate products.
